Laura has worked in the mental health field for over ten years, gaining extensive experience working with children, young adults and their families.  She has completed her clinical counseling training at California Institute of Integral Studies with an expertise in Expressive Arts Therapy and loves using the arts and mindfulness practices to help people grow towards their fullest potential.  Laura specializes in family therapy and childhood trauma and has experience in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings.

Born and raised in Southern California, Christie completed her clinical training at San Diego State University. Her theoretical approach combines Narrative Therapy and Collaborative Therapy, with a strong emphasis on understanding a person’s culture and identity. As an English-Spanish bilingual and bicultural therapist, Christie has experience working with the Latino population.

Bo believes the development of a secure and collaborative relationship is the most important aspect of the work he does.  Working from a strengths-based and relational perspective, Bo has experience with at-risk youth, families, and adults using a multi-theoretical approach including attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and alternative therapies such as art therapy.  Bo has experience working with Latino and immigrant populations and has lived, worked and studied in Central America and is fluent in Spanish.  Bo loves helping youth and adults through change and transformation so that they can actualize their goals in life.

Ciara supports individuals and families through a person-centered lens, taking into consideration attachment and family systems. She believes that thriving looks different for every person and that behavior cannot be understood outside of personal context. Ciara provides a safe place for people to explore their goals and uses both solution-focused and narrative approaches. She enjoys working with children and youth using play and art therapy to assist children in communicating their experiences. Ciara understands that telling their story enables people to organize their experiences and eventually view their lives in a more positive light.

He has experience working with a wide range of ages and issues that include: working with individuals, children, families and couples and populations struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relational problems and emotion regulation.
